CRM Insights are a company that have been involved in customer relationship management systems for over 20 years. Over this time they have worked with and experienced many CRM systems.  With an extensive background in business management system and process design they have rationalised and focused on two key CRM areas, Workbooks CRM and Microsoft Dynamics.

CRM Insights know that the effective implementation of CRM within an organisation is more than just the CRM package and their expertise helps companies get more from their CRM

The old website was very difficult to navigate and didn’t offer a visitor a good UX. We needed a site that reflected the key requirements of the three types of users who would visit the site. Blue Dolphin worked very closely with us throughout the thinking and development stages to ensure we got a solution that would work on both desktop and mobile incredibly. We are really pleased with both their graphic and technical capabilities

Project Specification

  • Design and build WordPress website
  • Integration with Calendly – an event booking service. This allowed new prospects to book a set time for a CRM discussion which allowed for improved staff efficiency
  • Integration with Gatormail and Workbooks, as a CRM company important as any contact form enquiries needed to go directly into the CRM and email system
  • Create unique graphics
  • Super simplify the customer navigation
  • Utilise a super simple content management system so that internal staff were able to update existing pages and posts and add new content. This primarily consisted of blog posts and case studies which are an important element to communicate the power of CRM
